Prof. Abdul-Aziz-El a.k.a. Dr. Shaka Zulu has been involved with the CAM/Integrative Holistic, & Natural health community for over 20 years. His practice is named “Natural Health Hero” in which he integrates holistic modalities of Ayuverda, TCM, Unani Tibb, Caribbean, Indigenous, and Native American health protocols. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in the Bronx & Harlem to an Afro & Latino Caribbean family. He was initiated into Caribbean bush medicine as young child by his grandmother from Barbados & Taino Medicine from his grandfather from Borinquen, Puerto Rico. He is the founder & Chief Health Minister of the organization for Community Health/Wellness for Natural Health Hero’s Community Qigong Acupuncture/acupressure Mobile Health Clinic.
